Anyone can take part in an application process to ensure we are aligned in our mission and values. Once your application is submitted, someone from our team will contact you as soon as possible to hear more about you, and the different ways you can be involved in our community.
Today, we have a community of over 800 carefully selected members. Our community is growing organically, but we always welcome referrals.
ONDA doesn’t limit interaction to physical spaces. We encourage our members to connect anywhere they wish to. From taking a class together at a health club in Los Angeles to co-working in Belgium, or having people over for a meal, the choices are endless. We do not limit interactions to geographic locations and place human connection front and center.
Endless experiences, 150 private member clubs, co-working spaces, health spas, over 1800 private homes, 1200 hotels & retreats, and a global community in over 60 countries.
Bookings must be made 12 hours in advance (we are continuously working to improve the turnaround time) and can be made through ONDA’s website or app. You will receive a confirmation email for your booking.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org should you need to change or cancel a booking. All cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to the booking time. In the case of a dining table no-show, an allocated access will be deducted from your account and you will incur a $40 cancellation fee for each guest. In an effort to keep communication as streamlined as possible, we respectfully request that you do not reach out to the properties directly.
Members can invite up to 3 guests to members clubs, and co-working spaces (charges apply for private meeting rooms and dining bookings unless otherwise specified). Health & Fitness Club access is for members only (charges may apply for classes or private sessions).
Each member can visit a private members club up to 6 times per year. For co-working spaces and health clubs, members can visit up to 3 times per year.
Yearly memberships are non-cancelable within the first year. After the first year, cancellations must be submitted in writing, and received within 28 days of renewal.
Terms & Conditions
1- PATRON APPLICATION:
1.1 All Patron applications are subject to acceptance by Onda at its sole discretion. Onda shall notify applicants in the event that his or her Patron application has been accepted. Onda is under no duty to disclose its reasons for rejecting any application.
1.2 Applicants are obliged to provide correct personal details when applying to become a Patron. Failure to do so may invalidate your Patronage and any subsequent transactions. It is the responsibility of the Patron to provide accurate information and Onda must be notified promptly in the event that any information changes.
1.3 An ‘applicant’ becomes a ‘Patron’ following receipt of application fee and patronship fee.
1.4 Patronage is available on a non-discriminatory basis to men and women over the age of 18 years who are interested in the objectives of our platform.
1.5 The election of Patrons is the responsibility of the Committee and the Onda team.
1.6 It is the duty of every Patron to ensure that the Onda head office is informed of current postal address and full contact details, including telephone number and e-mail address.
1.7 Patrons have the right to propose potential candidates for the Committee’s consideration.
1.8 A list of the names, photographs and addresses of all Patrons must be kept at the Onda Headquarters premises and produced on demand for inspection should it be required by a police officer.
1.9 Patronage is personal to an individual Patron only.
2. RENEWALS AND CANCELLATIONS
2.1 Patronship renewals are not automatic and are reviewed by a Renewal Committee on an annual basis. Patronship to Onda is intended for persons who uphold the values laid out in the Onda Pledge and requires adherence to accepted standards of conduct and the rules of the individual clubs. The decision of the Renewal Committee is final and without appeal.
2.2 No resignation is permitted within the first year. Patrons may resign by giving notice to the Committee in writing. This must be received by the Committee within 28 days notice of the next months’ payment. For annual subscription 28 days notice is also required prior to the annual billing date. After the first year, annual membership cancellations made after billing will be looked at on a case by case basis.
3. BILLING & FEES
3.1 Patrons Fees are due on acceptance of application and billed annually thereafter (“Renewal Date”), payment is due in advance by direct debit or payment by a credit or debit card which you have authorised us to deduct such payment from (“Payment Card”) in accordance with the relevant invoice.
3.2 Where a Patron has provided us with details of a Payment Card or has authorised a direct debit mandate, a Patron hereby expressly authorises Onda to deduct renewal Patrons Fees up to 28 days prior to Renewal Date.
3.3 Patronage payment can be processed on a monthly or annual basis, for the minimum duration of a year for the first year.
3.4 If a payment fails to be collected, after 5 days patronage will be suspended until the issue is resolved.
3.5 You may upgrade to annual patronship at any time. You will be billed the new rate starting the following month and your annual billing cycle will be billed from that month as the new Renewal Date on an annual basis.
3.6 You must provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment (as such may be updated from time to time, “Payment Method”) to use the Onda platform. We will bill the annual/monthly patronship fee to your Payment Method. You must cancel your subscription before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month’s Patron fees to your Payment Method.
3.7 The Patron application fee is entirely non-transferable and non-refundable.
3.8 Complimentary Month: Your Onda subscription may include a complimentary month. The complimentary period of your subscription lasts for one month, and may be given at the 13th month of patronship, or as otherwise specified during sign-up. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply.
To view the specific details of your patronship, including monthly patronship price and specifics, visit our website and click the “View billing details” link on the “My Onda” page. We may authorize your Payment Method through various methods, including authorizing it up to approximately one month of patronship as soon as you register.
4.1 Access to and use of the personalised Patrons section of the website is through a combination of username and password. Patrons are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password and agree to notify Onda immediately if there has been any breach of security, including the unauthorised use of your name and password.
4.2 All descriptions of any products, services or benefits on the website have been approved by the relevant supplier. Onda shall not be liable for inaccurate or misleading descriptions.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 Onda shall not be liable to the Patron, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods; or, loss of contract, or loss of use or, loss of corruption of data or information whether direct or indirect or, any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising under or in connection with their Patronage; and under or in connection with their Patronage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total value of the Patrons annual Patronage Fee.
5.2 A contract for the supply of products or services is made with the relevant Supplier only. Onda acts as an agent for the Supplier and, unless expressly provided otherwise, all rights and remedies are against the Supplier.
5.3 Patrons acknowledge that any contract entered into with any Supplier is an independent contract. Onda hereby disclaims any and all liability for any act or omission of any Supplier or any loss incurred as a result of any act or omission of a Supplier whether or not arranged through Onda.
5.4 Onda shall have no liability to a Patron for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from Requests or any instructions supplied which are incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any Patron Default.
5.5 Onda does not operate as a concierge service for any tickets and bookings outside what we and our Partners offer.
6. PATRON IDENTIFICATION
6.1 All Patrons are required to present identification upon application and flag any past criminal activities. The Onda team will carry out background checks on all applicants with a third party.
7. EVENTS, TRAVEL AND EXPEDITIONS
7.1 Onda aims to provide members with exceptional events, travel and expedition opportunities. Terms and Conditions will be unique to the event, travel and expedition.
7.2 Information on seminars, workshops, lectures, debates, retreats, trips, expeditions and other events will be made available by monthly newsletter.
7.3 Because of the limited number of places available, travel and expedition bookings once made, cannot be canceled or refunded. Case by case exceptions may apply.
7.4 Patrons embarking on any travel or expedition arranged by Onda do so at their own risk. It is advisable for Patrons to seek medical advice prior to any such travel or expedition. It shall be at Onda’s discretion to refuse to allow any Patron to participate in particular travel or expeditions on health grounds.
7.5 Any Patron taking part in any such event, travel or expedition does so as an Ambassador of Onda and as such, standards of behavior and dress will be consistent with the general standards demanded of Patrons by these Rules.
8. BOOKING GUIDELINES
8.1 Bookings must be made 12 hours in advance and Patrons must submit all required information.
8.2 A booking is only confirmed once the reservation team has emailed you a booking confirmation. All cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to the booking time. If you do not inform ONDA of a cancellation, one of your allocated accesses for that club will be deducted.
8.3 To Book a Venue
- Enter your username and password to log into your account through our iOS ONDA app or the website https://ondalife.com/login
- Click on “Places” in the top navigation bar which will allow you to scroll through ONDA’s portfolio of club partners available to you
- Select the club you wish to visit and Click “Book”
- Enter reservation information and click “Submit.” For all restaurant bookings, Patrons may bring up to 3 guests. Guests must be accompanied by a Patron. In case of a table no-show, an allocated access will be deducted from your account and you will incur a $40 (£35) per guest cancellation fee.
- You’re all set – await a booking confirmation email from ONDA!
9. GUEST POLICY
9.1 For all restaurant bookings, Patrons can bring up to 3 guests. Guest must be accompanied by a Patron.
9.2 In case of a table no-show, an allocated access will be deducted from your Patron account and you will incur a$40 (£35) per guest cancellation fee.
10. RULES AND REGULATIONS
10.1 A three months suspension is imposed for any offense deemed harmful.
10.2 A full expulsion is enforced after at a second offense.
10.3 A full expulsion will be extended if the first offense is deemed serious enough by the Committee.
11.1 Onda reserves the right to change or replace our list of partner clubs at any time (roster of clubs may change and the most up to date list may not be reflected on the website.)
