Becoming an Onda Patron

Patronship Renewal2018-09-17T18:57:21+00:00

Patronship renewals are not automatic and are reviewed by a Renewal Committee on an annual basis. Patronship to Onda is intended for persons who uphold the values laid out in the Onda Pledge and requires adherence to accepted standards of conduct and the rules of the individual clubs. The decision of the Renewal Committee is final and without appeal.

Cancelling your Patronship2018-09-17T18:57:21+00:00

No resignation is permitted within the first year. Patrons may resign by giving notice to the Committee in writing. This must be received by the Committee within 28 days notice of the next months’ payment. For annual subscription 28 days notice is also required prior to the annual billing date. After the first year, annual membership cancellations made after billing will be looked at on a case by case basis.

There is a $20 joining fee upon application.

Patron fees are clearly defined on the application and are due at the time your application is approved. Patron fees may change in time however certain Founder rates will be frozen at the initial rate for a set period of time no shorter than one year, to be determined by the Committee.

Current Yearly dues are:
Onda Patron – Paid Monthly – $120 / month
Onda Patron – Paid Annually – (20% discount) $96 / month
Onda Patron Under 30’s – Paid Monthly – $96 / month

Onda is a trusted platform for inspiring individuals to connect, share and cultivate positive impact, while enjoying access to a selection of private clubs around the world.

At this time Onda is an invite-only platform. We invite you to apply though and will be in touch in due course.

How long does the application process take?2018-09-17T18:57:21+00:00

An application can take up to two weeks to process, possibly longer if our volume of applicants is particularly high. Generally, applications will be reviewed at the start and the middle of each month. As soon as yours has been processed, we will be in touch via email to set up a short digital interview with the Onda team.

How do I become an Onda Patron2018-09-17T18:57:21+00:00

Conscious about welcoming individuals that embrace similar beliefs in life, we have a simple process to preserve our environment:

  1. Invitation- introduction by a member of the community is required
  2. Application- the first date; a simple form to begin to know each other
  3. Interview- If it seems we’re a fit for each other, applicants are invited for a conversation with an appointed Onda community leader
  4. Admission- Onda’s committee reviews all applications for final approval
  5. Access- Upon approval, a fee of $120 a month will grant you access to the world of Onda (20% discount for annual payments paid upfront or Under 30). Have an invitation? Apply here

Making a Booking and Visiting Properties

Can a partner refuse entry to a Patron?2018-09-17T19:05:11+00:00

We of course expect our Patrons to always be able to enjoy one of Partners within the limits of the allocated accesses. Should a Partner be booked for a special event or closed for a public holiday we will inform the Patron as early as possible. Properties have the right to refuse a Patron if he/she does not conform with the rules and regulations.

Are the rules and regulations, opening hours and dress code the same in each property?2018-09-17T19:05:11+00:00

No. We advise our Patrons to check the Onda portal or the property’s own website prior to each visit.

Patrons will need to contact the Patrons and Partners Director to arrange purchasing a membership with the property in question or wait for the next allocation.

6 introductory accesses a year for private members clubs

3 introductory accesses a year for co-working spaces and health clubs

Is there a minimum spend at the properties?2018-09-17T19:05:11+00:00

There is no minimum spend required but we do expect Patrons to contribute to the clubs in any way possible and never leave without settling a bill!

Can a Patron bring guests when visiting a property?2018-09-17T19:05:11+00:00

For members clubs, co-working spaces and health clubs, the access is for the Patron only. The exception is for hotel bookings and table reservations where Patrons can bring up to 3 guests.

Guests must be accompanied by a Patron.

How do I cancel or amend a booking?2018-09-17T19:05:34+00:00

Please email the Onda Reservations team immediately if you need to amend or cancel a booking. All cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to the booking time. If you do not inform the Onda Reservation team of a cancellation, your allocated access will be deducted. Respectfully, we request you do not reach out to the property directly in order to help us keep communication streamlined.

In case of a table no-show, an allocated access will be deducted from your account and you will incur a $40 per guest cancellation fee.

How do I make a booking?2018-09-17T19:05:29+00:00

Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance and the Patrons must submit all the information required in the booking form.

A booking is only confirmed once the reservation team has emailed you a booking confirmation.

All cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to the booking time. If you do not inform the Onda Reservation team of a cancellation, one of your allocated accesses for that club will be deducted.

  1. Enter your username and password to access the Onda Portal https://ondalife.com/login/
  2. Discover and scroll through Onda’s portfolio of club partners
  3. Click “Request Access” on Club Page or  “Access” on the top right of the page
  4. Select the club you wish to visit and day and click “Submit”
  5. Remember all bookings must be made 24 hours in advance.
  6. Leave it with us! We will revert back shortly!
