BOOKING GUIDELINES

Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance and the Patrons must submit all the information required in the booking form.

A booking is only confirmed once the reservation team has emailed you a booking confirmation. All cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to the booking time. If you do not inform the Onda Reservation team of a cancellation, one of your allocated accesses for that club will be deducted.

To Book a Venue:
  1. Enter your username and password to access the Onda Portal at: https://ondalife.com/login
  2. Discover and scroll through Onda’s portfolio of club partners
  3. Click “Request Access” on Club Page or “Access” on the top right of the top navigation bar
  4. Select the club you wish to visit, enter the time and date, select the number in your party (for restaurant table bookings only*) and click “Submit” *For all restaurant bookings, Patrons may bring up to 3 guests. Guests must be accompanied by a Patron. In case of a table no-show, an allocated access will be deducted from your account and you will incur a $40 (£35) per guest cancellation fee.
  5. Leave it with us! We will revert back shortly! Remember all bookings must be made 24 hours in advance.
