Bookings must be made 12 hours in advance and the Patrons must submit all the information required in the booking form.
A booking is only confirmed once the reservation team has emailed you a booking confirmation. All cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to the booking time. If you do not inform the Onda Reservation team of a cancellation, one of your allocated accesses for that club will be deducted.
To Book a Venue:
- Enter your username and password to access the Onda through our IOS app or the ONDA website at: https://ondalife.com/login
- Discover and scroll through Onda’s portfolio of club partners
- Click “Book” on Club Page or “Access” on the top right of the top navigation bar
- Select the club you wish to visit, enter the time and date, select the number in your party (for restaurant table bookings only*) and click “Submit” *For all restaurant bookings, Patrons may bring up to 3 guests. Guests must be accompanied by a Patron. In case of a table no-show, an allocated access will be deducted from your account and you will incur a $40 (£35) per guest cancellation fee.
